Good environment, good managers, good place to start working, but salary is not enough. Office campus, premises, cafeteria and everything is nice. They also provide cab pick and drop.

Great place to work with less compensation

Work culture in Marriott differ from one brand to other brand. Smaller properties will not have the budget for employees, Bigger properties will have budget but that will be beneficial to new joiner but not the existing employees.

Most of positions are eye wash . Generally external candidates aren't offered a fair chance. Positions opened already has candidates selected, just to show off these positions are brought up. Work culture is very manipulative.

Not a Good Place to work if you want work life balance and a hood salary

Work environment is very TOXIC, SALARY is very less and WORK LIFE BALANCE is worst. You have to work more than 12+hrs and you will be never satisfied with the salary, also the managers use ABUSIVE languages and they treat you so badly.
