Pros : Gives enough time to learn/adjust during the initial days. Supportive colleagues. Great WLB. Gives accesses to many online learning sites for skill development. Never had to work on the weekends or off hours. Zero micro management. Managers trust you and will acknowledge your work in the larger forums. Google MasterCard's Decency Quotient.Cons : Slow paced. Bureaucratic. You will learn about the product (payments) rather than improving technical skills - this is a pro if you want to move to product manager role or settle in the company. Risk averse.
