Wonderful company to work for..

The company is good .they pay you on time and the pay package is competitive .There is no job security but yes,it is a good place to work even for part timers.The curriculum is really the most sought after in today's scenario.You should love talking to people to be a part of Mastree.

Decent daily working environment. On time Payments. No Job Security. No Transparency.

Dangerous part is that employees will never be infomed about conditions of the company and their actual purpose of hiring, basically there will be no job security here. There have been departments that were laid off completely, Though they do pay severence amount.

When I joined, things were good but they kept on changing people at the top management and everyone came with a new rule. It was just a torture to work there. No guarantee of classes nor is there any transperancy but they expect too much from teachers. The management employees are rude and pompous.
