Nice place to work
Pros: 1. Compensation is good. 2. Colleagues are really helpful and knowledgeable. 3. Work pressure is less and work life balance is good.Cons:1. Managers micromanage a lot.2. You will be judged at every point for even those things which are not technical. 3. Technical support part in EDG is totally useless. If you are looking for developer roles, then EDG is not the right option. 4. Offi...

Stable, but can be stale for a few
Focuses on stability and not new-tech and quick goals. Work might get stale for a few roles. Really great people. Ready to have your back. Hard to find a suitable goal for modern tech enthusiasts. Easy to find suitable roles for hard-core programmers or software developers. Heaven for knowledge seekers. Adequate but average or below-average compensation.

Good Employer
Hierarchical growth is too slow, but you may get promoted if the team grows faster based on seniority, the work-life balance and office culture is too good and they maintain the globle standard.

good company to work with
decent company to work with. but if you are passionate about the cutting edge technologies. it would be a best place to work. but the tech stack you use here will not be used elsewhere. so you cannot switch companies with this experience, kind of bad for a beginner.
