Nice place to work
Associate Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - May 23, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedPros: 1. Compensation is good. 2. Colleagues are really helpful and knowledgeable. 3. Work pressure is less and work life balance is good. Cons: 1. Managers micromanage a lot. 2. You will be judged at every point for even those things which are not technical. 3. Technical support part in EDG is totally useless. If you are looking for developer roles, then EDG is not the right option. 4. Office politics is the worst in Hyderabad office.

Stable, but can be stale for a few
Focuses on stability and not new-tech and quick goals. Work might get stale for a few roles. Really great people. Ready to have your back. Hard to find a suitable goal for modern tech enthusiasts. Easy to find suitable roles for hard-core programmers or software developers. Heaven for knowledge seekers. Adequate but average or below-average compensation.

Good Employer
Individual Contributor (Current Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - June 29, 2021
Hierarchical growth is too slow, but you may get promoted if the team grows faster based on seniority, the work-life balance and office culture is too good and they maintain the globle standard.
Pros
Excellent work culture, good people to work with
Cons
Not much but one may not have a hierarchical growth faster

good company to work with
Software Developer (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - May 25, 2021
decent company to work with. but if you are passionate about the cutting edge technologies. it would be a best place to work. but the tech stack you use here will not be used elsewhere. so you cannot switch companies with this experience, kind of bad for a beginner.

Pros- Work culture is something which is different here.
You get to visit US once you join the company for a big picture orientation.
Cons- Job Role looks something you do the same day to day and nothing challenging.

Jobs at MathWorks
I had very good experience in MathWorks.
System and Network Administrator (Former Employee) - Bangalore - May 15, 2018
It was a good exp with mathWorks. So many things to learn. Job Security, good pay, Good work environment, Healthy competition. Cultural events were good. Most enjoyable part was office parties and team lunch. Every day there was something to learn in Office. Good Team and nice Team Management. Sometimes I felt users are annoying/aggressive I felt this when they come up with a problem and need solution then and their itself. Even though they can see I am working hard to resolve the issue but no one bothers they just want a fix that time.
Pros
Global support, in certain teams very good team spirit and collaboration
Cons
billability pressures
