Staff are very cooperative with me
Staff has to been increased in x ray & ct .Because new building T2 has completed and patient are full in the T2 .Therefore the work load is much more than earlier

Atleast one Cup of tea are free for morning & evening staff

Corporate culture ,good for employee ,safety security will love to work in max hospital. Staffs are very friendly and helping . NIGHT DUTY are tough but sometime get you learn so many new experience. Always crowdy.

Working in Max healthcare at every location you feel working at home kind of. People are supportive and helpful. They provide one month long training for the staff and in a month trainee is pass with excellant knowledge of healthcare.And even HR also provide short training’s to the staff time to time to update their eomplyee skills and knowledge. Which u like the most and by this employee grows and learn more and more.

Max healthcare is such a career growth in my life.. It gave me lots of knowledge about the healthcare and the different types of patients with their several deases... Got the lots of knowledge in Emergency... There are lits of different types of billing for different types of cases... I did also patients admission .. There are also different types of panels With corporate and govt. EWS panels... I do OPD also where we do Billing of Dr. Consultation and all investigation Billing which is prescribed by internal and external Doctors... So basically I learn a lot at here.. Or I'm doing very good at here.. But here is an issue that night shifts and rotational shifts.. So i preferred a fix time job and yes No Night Shift

Fun place but hard to grow

Worst company to work , I was there for one year they behaved with me like I was a animal In deadly rain when give guidelines were to be at home they were harrassing me to go and see home patients , manager and HOD are very poor for health of others they even never manage with their employees in terms of vehicle , modalities and comfort

Good learning with less earning

It is a great work place because of a good team of doctors. Salary is an issue. Nobody is happy with the salary. Promotions are very difficult. Health care benefits are minimum because insurance give very less support. Because of access to everybody's notes, for doctors it is a learning opportunity.
