Good place to work..but..no growth opportunities

Good learning with less earning

It is a great work place because of a good team of doctors. Salary is an issue. Nobody is happy with the salary. Promotions are very difficult. Health care benefits are minimum because insurance give very less support. Because of access to everybody's notes, for doctors it is a learning opportunity.

Because of many branches job may be transferable.

Staff can learn a lot.

Great place to work

I had worked here for an Year. Fortunately I had very good experience from patients, doctors colleagues and seniors. But unfortunately witnessed many things towards nursing staffs which fuelled me to give my resignation letter. The rudeness and unethical acts from few of the senior nursing staff.
