Long working hours, there is time of coming in to organisation but no time of off(always extended hours of work), crunch of manpower, management never listens

Too much mental stress

There is too much mental stress. No leaves or incitement. No Sunday leaves. No festival off. One therapist has to see more than 35 patient everyday. Not a good place to work. Salary is very low

good but need more success.success and salary is less.its a very good superspeciality hospital and I had a good exposure of patients nad learnt a lot. but success and salary is not increasing.
so I think I need to move on .

Working with Max super speciality hospital is great experience. I have learned so many things but wants to learn & achive even more n life. Management here is v. cooperative.
Co workers are helpful & friendly here. Hardest part of job is sometimes the work load , night shifts and rotational week offs.
After 6 years of working experience, i still wants to learn more and more.

IPD & OPD Management:
Involved in ward round, meeting & case conferences.
Working with respiratory, orthopaedic, acute neurological & multi-pathology patients.
Involved in a patients pre-admission and follow-up care.
Evaluating, planning and delivering care plans in response to complex needs.
Reporting all complaints/incidents to senior managers & documenting them.
Ensuring that equipment used in carrying out physiotherapy duties is safe.
Organising & prioritising own workload & delegating responsibilities accordingly.
Providing high standard of Physiotherapy service to patients.
