What is the best part of working at the company?Working culture very bad, they are hiring with the fake promises.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Forget about personal life if you are working this company.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Working culture is like worst , there are lack of basic amenities like pantry, washroom.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Report at office 9am and attend morning hurdle till 12 pm means your half day finished. Again attend call 3pm and 6pm... Then when the business will happen.

Very toxic culture. No respect for employees. Just search out in linkedin and you will the find the reality of how they treat us.Late late work hours , overtime, working on holidays without compensatory off. taking a toll on health.Middle management simply put pressure for business and hardly interact with customers to understand the real picture.Too many technical glitches in company applications.

Not a great place to work

I worked for under a year and it was a very bad experience for me personally. The work culture out here is very unprofessional and in many cases it is abusive. There is rampant politics and bureaucracy out here, which renders working out here very difficult. I would sincerely advise anyone opting for this organisation to weigh in the options before choosing this company. The work culture has been deteriorated by the senior leadership.
