What is the best part of working at the company?Working culture very bad, they are hiring with the fake promises.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Forget about personal life if you are working this company.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Working culture is like worst , there are lack of basic amenities like pantry, washroom.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Report at office 9am and attend morning hurdle till 12 pm means your half day finished. Again attend call 3pm and 6pm... Then when the business will happen.

Max Life Insurance company Ltd was known for culture as well as Training also but due to some Fraud Management, the culture is spoiling even after knowing by HR, no fair solution is heppening now

Multinational company to work with

Need to take appointments in the first hour of reporting. Here i learned how to manage your time. The training given here was one of the best in the industry. Here i enjoyed the challenge of recruiting new advisors every month and making them achieve their sales target.
