First-day welcome at the office was nice.It's an open culture, walk over or call anyone and they're always available to help.Respect for people and knowledge.Focus on doing things well and allowing for solid learning and training.There's a lot of trust and responsibility, and hence results in an internal drive to deliver the best results.

Lot of experienced folks around to guide people, Good level of responsibility/empowerment to the India team, Focus on doing things well instead of hurrying up

Cons

Not a publicly well known name in India, hence the brand value which exists with business partners is not known in friends and family, In India, this matters.

Salary is average by industry standard. The quality of work is very high. Work life balance is ok. Managers are very cooperative. You can learn a lot on new technology.
