Good interstaff interaction,supportive management

Best thing at Mayur was total abssence of politics, groupism,and backbiting.Management presented itself as hard task master but supported staff in times of crisis.Teacher student ratio could be improved.Management had good interaction with pupils.

For high aims the work must be harder and smarter. I am trying to develop the students brain into a four dimensional figure so that at time it will be a competitive and full of moral values.

I have learned a lot from this school like how should we handle the class and to maintain the class discipline. This experience make me able to improve my blackboard- writing skills.I have great relationship with my co-workers , i have learned a lot froim these experienced and well qualified teachers . Overall it was good and great experience in this school.The most enjoyable part of this job was that when i taught the students in my class they all listen to me very calmly it makes me feel happy.

Enjoyable Time

This job was to longfrom my home, but i enjoyed that journey by bus,it was to hard to manage study as well as teaching , my suppoting staff was excelent, and free in nature , this is my first job i learn many thing from these.
