Promotion of QAs to engineering managers.

It was once a great workplace. Now after bifurcation, selling to intel then intel selling to TPG, and then TPG selling to 2 other VC firms after bifurcation, it no longer is employee-friendly. Management lacks the capability to innovate.

Work life balance is completely team specific.

bad company with bad managers

It is not a good company to work. The managers think of themselves as God and they will shout on you in front of everyone. There is no respect for the employees. Manager picks their favourite and give all the credits to them.

Good place to work

Work culture is balanced. Friendly people all around.Management is very supportive and friendly.Only issue is the work timings, as of foreign clients mostly its night shifts.

Learning new technologies and growth depends on type of project/team. Very unstable management with no clear vision of improvement. Good work life balance. Not much benefits. salary is not up to market standards in some teams.
