I interned at this place. There was no stipend but the work culture was good and there was a good balance of workload. The colleges were helpful and approachable as well.

Excellent Engineering organisation, enormous opportunity for the individual to develop technical skills and to grow along with the organisation.Regional offices are available in Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata and its HQ at Ranchi and in different parts of the world.Started in Steel and later diversified to infra,O& G , Housing, Defence, Chemicals, Commercial and Multi storey buildings, Port and runways, Oil refineries, Space Engineering, Rocket Launchpad etc.,

As initially worked in design department,l enjoyed site works solving day to day site problems.My senior encouraged me in this respect. l could handle the situation independently without undue pressure.lt is being a consultantcy organisation,it was possible to lodge in city or town even though the work s were in the remote places.salary and other fringe benefits were were very impressive.

I worked there under contract, this is my worse experience

I worked there under agency employers, they pay very low salary and don't increase the salary at all. And office atmosphere is very bad because the permanent employees show so much attitude to us. If you are thinking about join here under contract then think again.

Pay is on the low end,allowence is fine for the most part. Offices are all very nice. The culture allows for a lot of feedback between individuals and management, but because most of it is anonymous, it can feel passive-aggressive and undermining. People that have been with Indeed for a long time tend to want to rely on past experience rather than being open to new views and outlooks and there is a sensitivity in the workplace that drives a personality, rather than performance, culture
