Medall was a great place for the growth of my carreer and I learnt many things working there.

What is the best part of working at the company?Work culture was nice.Valued my work.Salary was credited on time.No office politics.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?During the lockdown time even though the management was supporting us with the transportation I was afraid a bit since I was staying with my mom.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The management was very supportive to the employees and the work culture was greatWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I worked there as a customer service executive. Everyday there was a satisfaction in my work as I was able to help the customers. Being in a healthcare industry, the management was always supporting the employees hospitality nature while speaking to the customers.

Good atmosphere but not salary satisfied no one company more benifits there very enjoyable to work very very comfortable zone it will be helpful .....

Its a best place to learn work and no pressure good culture and people freedom can improve your skills and knowledge need some patience for learning that's it

Very funny place

Funny place to work , they are in trial Last 20+ years, they are making loss only , top level management recruiting only relations without related knowledge and experience many people are doing work , other than their no any other specific reason for the loss

Really good experience for Medall

I was worked our health center it's good feel for me . I heartily saying that's good experience for me , I was saw a what is corporate sector. More areas and branches I know how long your all participants and get success.

Good place to work but salary issues

When I joined the company it was so good but as years passed the company entered into a phase of financial crisis and then they started to pay salaries very late( 3 months later)

Unfortunate to join Medall

Salary was not paid on time leading to difficult situation. After resignation and notice period , they relieved me but did not pay 5 months salary even till date (which is 5 months after relieving - total 10 months)

Good place to work and learn so many things.., But only thing salary is not good.., You can work multitasking here and learn all department in healthcare field..,

No scope for learning. Minimum wages. No recognition programmes. They expect everyone to be a team player when the work is heavy. No time to have a meal.

No organized things to work. No Proper co-ordination etc., All the facilities are present and not utilized properly. Customer care is not upto the level.

Work place is nice

I learned about all computer related troubleshootings and installation of lab machines, and server installation. The hardest part of the job is shift timing and location. every week they are keep on changing location and timings.
