When I joined the company it was so good but as years passed the company entered into a phase of financial crisis and then they started to pay salaries very late( 3 months later)

What is the best part of working at the company?Work culture was nice.Valued my work.Salary was credited on time.No office politics.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?During the lockdown time even though the management was supporting us with the transportation I was afraid a bit since I was staying with my mom.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The management was very supportive to the employees and the work culture was greatWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I worked there as a customer service executive. Everyday there was a satisfaction in my work as I was able to help the customers. Being in a healthcare industry, the management was always supporting the employees hospitality nature while speaking to the customers.

Salary was not paid on time leading to difficult situation. After resignation and notice period , they relieved me but did not pay 5 months salary even till date (which is 5 months after relieving - total 10 months)

No scope for learning. Minimum wages. No recognition programmes. They expect everyone to be a team player when the work is heavy. No time to have a meal.
