Interference from administration and management

Not a good work environment and unproductive work policies. Education is not given any importance. No value for money from POV of students. Maximum stress at minimum wage for trainers

symbol of incompetence

one of the worst companies to work for. poor employee engagement and involvement. There is no concept of quality teaching. Salary is a big issue here. It is way below industry standards and not paid on time

Underpayed and late payment

The structure in Medicity is good but the staff is underpaid and also paid late.I was promised pay raise when I joined. Later there was never a pay raise and when asked, they simply denied the promise

Not a very good working environment

The management is so bad that the employees are really stressed on their job. I will never recommend this company to anyone i personally know. At first they offered two weeks training period and the job with salary increment. But later they are extending the training period by providing stupid reasons.

Democratic work space

Thoroughly enjoyed the work pattern as we had great liberty to explore and experiment with teaching. Pay must also have been promising enough eventhough it is decent for the moment
