Pathetic Work Place
Senior Executive (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - October 28, 2019
I do not recommend anybody to join this Company. Somebody who is jobless and is tired of his or her happy life can consider working for this company. Agents will be hired in a hurry and chucked out of the Company at the same pace. Management does not give any respect to the executives. Management gives preference to boot lockers as they themselves have grown in the Company nodding their heads for everything. The Bangalore work place is infected with bedbugs and rats. Agents will fall sick within few days of joining. AC works only in managers cabins and to add the place is so noisy that it seems like you are in a vegetable market. Everybody seems to be yelling at top of their voices and no preference is given to the Customers.. Team Leaders, Quality Team, Assistant Managers and Managers are least skilled to handle agents
No wonder agents quit the job within 3-4 months after knowing the ground reality. Midlife has branches all over the Country but the working environment is the same.
Pharmacists however can consider to work in Medlife but Operations (Customer service) is worst.
Pros
Day Shift
Cons
Long Hours, No Leaves, No Salary hike, pathetic work place, pathetic management

Worst culture of work also management
vrm (Former Employee) - Jaipur, Rajasthan - July 13, 2019
I have joined medlife as vrm but company management was not good. All are jealous with other employees salary. Fcm as well as some staff members playing politics and taking benefit by himself by dominating or cheating with other staff member. In this company who are not working in all day then he is good for manager and getting promotion and hike in salary and who know about work or doing hard working manager doing partiallity with them. Purchase manager is worst no support from her to staff. She sit on seat only for warning letter, no guidance about work given to employees. No job security in this company coz anyday employee can receive call from hr and say to give resignation from the company without prior notice and without any reason either u are confirmed or provational employee. Manager talking is not as company culture he always talking in abuse language to staff. He looks like as a joker and hunterman of a circus. Overall company is good in salary but work culture and managemnet behaviour is not good.
Pros
nothing benefits
Cons
Long hours working without over time

Amazing culture, great benefits, great pay, good opportunity to learn Talent Aquisition.
The most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are an employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide.

Negligent and Unskilled Workplace
Data Specialist (Former Employee) - Changing frequently - December 14, 2015
The company fails to give the promised job role as they discuss in the interview. The organisational skills are fare enough, but they don't have basic sense of handling the job. Ego comes in between every task and business.
