Bad work place

It's very bad place for work all staff dominating by nature.They are cut salary if any error they saw in their medicine store.HR and store supervisor treat with every employee just like dog.

Good company to work with. no delay in salaries as they pay day before month end . Attractive incentives but no overtime pay u have to work like ur own shop.

Salary on time, good incentives on ur ability

No overtime pay, pressure rises if sales go down

Good experience working in corporate company . they will treated equally to all the employees. They provide a ESI and PF facilities to all the employees.

Poor management , unnecessary pressure at work

Poor management, management don't know how to treat the staffs. They don't have any kind of respect on the staffs and treat them like slaves.They don't impose the rules and regulations equally on everyone and shows partiality.
