It was a good experience overall, but they turn to hybrid once you learn the work. Boring at times but it's alright. There's a lot of favouritism in the company too so you'll see slow growth.

Working in a corporate environment it's always going to be stressful,when you have to achieve your work Target everyday. Failing to achieve that,then there will be consequences 😒...ie .half pay or loss of pay ..plus it's always night shifts so that already a problem for someone like me .But there are benefits too ..like health insurance,paid leaves,PF and not having to come to work on Saturdays and Sundays .The company also provides free Coffee and tea at the company's Cafeteria.Other benefits include Free pickup and drop. Birthday celebration every month and a company festival called "Jashn" once a year .🙂

Pros

Monthly income, Free Coffee and tea (sometime free biscuits)🤭, Birthday Celebration once a month, pickup and drop and day off at weekend.

Cons

Long hours, Night shift everyday, work pressure (depend on the TL), work life balance is not very good because of the night shifts ☹️. Health issues may arise.

Ar calling job.. it could be tedious in this company. You would be asked to extend your work but bo compensation or salary benefits.. It could be stressful at times. No pick up cabs. If you extend you need to go back home at your own....

The Management is totally unprofessional

This is only about the Mumbai location. As haven't been to other locations. The HR recruitment team is pretty good at their job, after the gent hits the floor, then the HR doesn't know what they have to do. They always have system issues on and off the floor. Which cannot be rectified. The Manager are mostly biased towards people of their locations. In short mostly all are unprofessional.

Pros

Training team is good before you hit the floor.

Cons

Salary deductions almost everyday. In Mumbai don't know about other locations.
