What is the best part of working at the company?HR- Recruitment and Selection internship is a good hands on experience in a Mercedes-Benz showroom which helps me to know the HR activities, roles and responsibilities. Working under HR is very good opportunity for me to gain some knowledge with a team management and interacting with the employees, conducting some events to the employees where they can be refreshed and give their best performance in the work.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I didn't get any stress by working within the company

What is the best part of working at the company?As a dedicated member of the Project Planning team, I played an integral role in facilitating New Launch Project Planning, Project Start-up, and Ramp-up for an upcoming Car Model. collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of training and standard operating procedures for a new car model. Assisted in conducting training sessions and workshops, contributing to the smooth rollout of the project. Supporting Planner for 48V Battery Testing, Conducted data analysis and error findings for testing process. Developed automation solutions utilizing MS Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate resulting in improved data processing efficiency. Not pressure from workshop floor dipertment.Did not expected salary or incentives.The promises not full filled.From one year no training conducted.Timings are okay.

Good Place to work

Good leadership. Work culture is Good. Salary is ok. Encourage new thoughts and will get a chance to perform different roles. Encourages open minds, improvisation, new skills

Great work life balance

A good place to "settle", with an okish learning curve throughout. Learning completely stagnates once you stay in same profile for more than 2-3 years. Changes are slow. Management is not transparent about most aspects - employee growth, opportunities for lateral movement, new projects. This place is better for managers and higher leadership,not for people just starting their careers and want to have a steep learning curve.

Free breakfast, lunch, snacks and highly subsidised cab facility

Cons

Very far from the city and long travel time, bad hikes, slow growth

Do not join as external contractor

There is no learning in support projects. No cab facility, no team outing, no paid leaves for external employees. The interviewers don’t clarify anything before joining.

Excellent company to start with and gain good exposure

I joined as a graduate trainee at Mercedes Benz and worked my way up for four years in aftersales development. Exciting company for the starters to learn how the industry works before getting serious responsibilities. I personally feel it gave me a good exposure for my career growth.

Pathetic workplace

The brand and comapany is nice and official Mercedes-Benz pay is also good, but these franchise partner really spoil the brand name, Goa franchise partner management are parhetic and its less official and more home business like..pls think before u choose, every yellow shining stone ia not gold..

Well Mercedes Benz Research and development India Pvt Ltd is a best automobile company in the world and company work culture is very good you can work on multiple projects without taking much stress and all the managers will give time to time feedback and promotionsCons Company annual hike is very and salary is low Promotions and all will take longer time because of company internal politics
