Good to be associated with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Ltd, India and learnt a lot about professionalism. Great company with highest level of expectations when it comes to branding, however culture in India is not conducive and leadership did not pay attention to create & develop uniqueness to Daimler AG culture in India

A good place to learn

I was in supply chain management role hence mostly i was involved in logistics planning. The work culture in DICV is average. I liked the work as i could contribute in SCM improvements, but cross fuctional learning is low.

Comfortable and adaptive work culture

The management and the overall work culture is very professional. We work as a TEAM. I have learned a lot about customer satisfaction from here. Co workers are a team players. Hardest part is when you don't make a customer satisfied and the most enjoyable is when we make them satisfied with a combined team efforts.
