Good place to start your career.

A good place to work but growth chances are very limited. If somebody resigns from the post then only you will promote or when the new work or new transition comes up then only you will have chance to promote.

There is no work life balance as they make stretch in the name of business requirement. We even have to work on weekends but there is no overtime for the same. Pathetic management

Great Place to Work!

Salary structure is fixed and good. Annual bonus of 5-10% above the CTC starting 2021.Very supportive dying covid. I had to take one month leave because my whole family was ill. No leaves were deducted from my leave balance and full support from management.

Pros

Gifts like sodexo and company merchandise given every year. Free cabs, free meals, nice office.

Cons

All good, annual hikes slightly on lower side but not that bad.
