Morning start by concall , then meetings with BM's , Fe's etc.., Review performances, taking care of meeting funnels for the day, coordination with Telecaller team and Vendors for leads,tracking and monitoring each lead and closures....and so on......day ends by 1 am.

No Proper structuring of junior levels
I got a mail regarding work from home as subject expert.They give you questions in the name of assessment tests to be submitted within 48 hrs (in reality, these are the questions posted by students on their website which according to the website, gets answered within 48 hours). Thus, they get work done from you free of cost and then say that you failed the assessment, hence not eligible for work from home. There may be work from home option for regular employees (those who have visited their office for face-to-face interview).But if you get such an e-mail saying everything from assessment to selection is done through mail only for work from home profile, then don't answer them. Since this is their technique to get answers for questions of students free of cost from you.

Overall Company's environment is good. i have learnt a lot here. The company gives healthy environment to its employees to grow in however the overall salary brackets should be revised.

I learnt there how the relationship can be built between the executive and the customer. In the end of the month targets could be completed just because of trying provided by the company under the train session.

A Very nice quality product with different learning styles for children from class 1st to 12th. Learned to tackle the and understand the situation in different scenarios. Work day starts at 11am and ends at between 10pm to 11.30pm Management will see only numbers. Calling data will be repeated which is really frustrated to dial the same customers. Hardest part of the job of is frequent appoinment cancellation which management will be not understanding work hard in a smarter manner to earn good incentives.
No proper leaves
Wel it's a great place to learn & grow. I learned a lots from my colleagues and seniors are very supportive. If you are doing your work properly even you don't get the results as expected by the company. Still they are ready to work on you and give you n no. of chances to grow.
the experience at meritnation was great. Though a lot of miscommunication and clashes were there, still eventually we all learnt to understand each other better. As I learnt how to manage students and handle official work, I was promoted to be the senior chemistry faculty and given bigger assignments and work profiles.
