Ok types

Management is a bit tyrannical but discipline and its adherence to it, is dealt with paramount importance .As an employees a few perk and amenities like clean washroom and cafeteria is provided but primary concern is delivering your sales numbers,incentives does come but too little too late.

It's a good exposure to work on

Stressfull Work environment, Salary was huge but difficult to earn it due to sales pressure, overall infrastructure was ok as the office is very big but still you have to get to go the Salary not on an easy way.

Worst Company

It's the worst company I have ever worked with. They dont have a payment structure and with the worst management they will dominate you and will play withyour situation. They will force you to work in National holidays also without extra payment. If you deny they will terminate your service.

A typical workplace every single employee is unhappy with the work culture and salary related issue as in extreme delay(more than a month) in salary .

Only if I could I would have stopped every single person to join this company . Worst work culture and no salary on time. No incentives instead of being a sales process. Deduction in salaries for no valid reason.
