They do not pay promised incentives even after achieving target & that is why I left the organization.it use to be a good place to work as I worked there earlier however the management was changed

The management is very bad, you will not get your salary on time, there is a lot of work pressure, there is no salary as per qualification, even if you serve notice period, you will not leave, if you do not accept, you will not get release letter and salary

I was only disappointed with a person who mis guided and misleaded me. He took my good prospects information and played against me. Very clever guy which spoils an environment. They deduct pf and all but do not give anything and one more thing I would like to add here I didn't get any hike on my last drawn salary but a fresher in front of me got a good hike. Who really did not have any idea about the process and finally after working a couple of months he took his salary and absconded.
