What is the best part of working at the company?Not good part but want to tell bad part. Salary issue

They won't pay the incentive for our performance for which they set the targets. Even I acheived the target, they are not paying the incentive since two months. If I ask them about my performance incentive they simply saying to meet the other person where he is saying I kept mail to head office.

The store managers feel they are ultimate authority I mean monopoly they manage HRs, LP and HO. They give hike as per their wish... They don't see any eligibility and poor management abilities and they hungma when visits are there... They don't get themselves to last point... They start the race when problem arise... All good employee left... Now they have backet batch....

The internship was carry for the purpose of preparing organisational report and enjoy the practical exposure.
The work handled by me was, documentation, checking grooming standards,helping in conducting year ending audit and floor walk.
Metro Cash and Carry stend create a strong footprint in the market for supplying and fulfilling customers needs and wants.
It was great experience to learn how to build relationships with the employees and communicate with them.

But on the same time if you are looking for a growing graph in terms of paythen metro is a slow moving company and you need to work for a long duration for having a good pay.on the same side metro have a good profile and woodwill in the market
