totally work depend on travelling across india.need to handelling company test tab is most hardest work because of travelling work,it need to handle carelly and data uploading after completing of test it is very difficult when test is on outside area,where network issue is arrive.enjoying tourist place during across india.management is not much good but it is sufficient.overall mettl work is very enjoyfull.

Not an employee friendly company!

You can never see such a company with the worst HR dept and policies. They don't care employees. I can say even daily wage worker gets much more respect from their employers. Don't expect a perfect work-life balance here. The management is only interested in creating more revenue but they don't care how the employees are treated. One more thing is the company discriminates employees, once you start working with Mettl, you can feel that you're being discriminated on the basis of salary, perks, and even tasks assigned. Even your hard work won't be recognized if you're a regular criticizer of their foolish execution of projects. Please refrain from joining this organization if you've any other options.

Not a healthy environment for entry level jobs

The company really lacked healthy work environment for entry level jobs. There was no fixed hours of work, but instead employee has to stay overnight to get the work done. Requirements for the product were never fixed. This lacked mentorship for the individuals. I learned here in bits and pieces, as there is not a single technology company sticks to even it transfers a developer from one technology to other. If a person is working as a backend engineering. No one can predict and the other days he will be asked to work on front end technologies or even he might be asked to work in the QA. Few co-workers here were extremely brilliant and helping but the management literally failed the expectations of the employees at every level. Hardest part of the job was to stay working here till late midnight and turn up again early at 9:00 am the next morning. Personal life never was your own here instead it was all owned by the company. As far as I remember the most enjoyable part of the company was few colleagues who were inspiration.
