Quality Control Microbiologist (Current Employee) - Hosur, Tamil Nadu - June 18, 2023

After coming inside the company, we cannot access the outside world. No mobile phones allowed, cannot go outside during the shift hours, have to go through a lot of procedures to get out during any emergency situation.

Best for learning at initial career.

Cons

Worst food, mobile phone prohibited, no overtime pay, should beg for even a single leave

Best for fresher only. No free travel , lunch you have to pay. Even breakfast is paid from employee. In covid they have not given free tea and travelling.

If your going to join this company, then you need to be the same cast of Sr. General manager, else they will play with you and your life. The manager has his own group of people who are of same cast, if promotion, leaves or any another favours will be done immediately to them, for rest of the people under his supervision will be denied or late response (if ur hard working). Join only if your if you are same cast as of general manager.
