Toxic environment

Very very poor growth if you work hard .Very work load and very lack of communication between team .There is is lack of support from the upper management and sudden implementation of rules.

Unrewarding, Unethical, Outdated , Demanding, Toxic

Microland has high demands and high achievers but does nothing to recognize them.Employees are doing work they don’t feel good about or are aware of unsavory company practices.The organization has failed to move forward over time or isn’t open to innovative ideas and change.The employees are expected to meet unrealistic demands and expectations.The employees walk on eggshells to avoid being targeted by toxic employees and managers, who are never addressed.
