Very good company to associate with..every one is being heard

Worked with the company as programmer for several year and it went very well for me. What distinct this company form other is that every view and suggestion is heard and all initiatives are encouraged with free hand on how you wanted to do things for achieving the results. Recognition is great as well.

Pros

Senior Management, Freedom for initiatives, Being heard from all corners, good work life balance and personal care

Cons

Company needs to be very aggressive in the competing market

It is so informative working here.every day is a new day learning new things.Learnt many things in the office from Manager,team leader and colleagues.Everyday we use to enjoy the work and the things used to go in such way as the day has already completed.
