Learning is very good.. Variable pay is paid monthly.. Shift allowance is 150 for morning and second.. 350 for night.. On-call weekend is 1000..500 for weekdays.. You will get 1200 for conducting interviews.. Projects are cool.. Promotion is bit easy process compared to other service based companies

Really enjoyed working here in Mindtree.If you have top niche skills mindtree will pay you good.Work from home option you can utilize four days per month
One would love to work in mindtree unless untill tierd with typical shifts. Mindtree culture is awesome. You will be pushed to learn and improve yourself.

You will have oppourtunity to learn and grow but it will also depend on the project also. Most of the time the works get hectic so you very often dont have a work life balance.

I have joined in mindtree on 23rd September.given training on duckcreek technology.senior are really helpful.i have learned a lot.Good working culture.
Good Work life balance. However, when it comes to monetary benefits, it is below par. Also, career progression has no clear policy and on top pf that the managers have their own set of unknow criteria for promotions

Mindtree was a fun place to work at. The job was stressful, but my manager was extremely supportive and my colleagues were great mentors as well as wonderful friends. The hardest part of the job was of course the sales and the type of product that was being sold, but the experience was very rewarding and insightful.

Too much politics at senior level. Even senior members get jealous of junior employees. Too much partiality is there for spotons and ratings. Non deserving people get more ratings.

Mindtree is good company and it's job culture is too good. I would recommend my friends to join this company.They provide free meals to their employees those who are working for MS project and providing pick up and drop. Mindtree having 80% Microsoft projects.
As a fresher you receive the best training needed for professional growth.

It is a good company for freshers not for experienced people. Not much projects available. Company HR policy is not in line with industry standard. For company work HR expects employees to spend from their pocket and travel to customer place.
