As a Mindtree i think we have lost our identity. People at top level are hired from companies those are not known for treating employees well. You need to learn to build trust with employee. as one person doesn't value trust that doesn't mean you doubt everyone.Always value employee as you value customer both are important. treat employees well, at least like a human
Job Security is better compared to other IT Service based companies, They will give you time to search another opportunity while you are on bench, However i think this will be eroded in sometime because new management means only business.
Till 2019 the management believed not only in profits but also in values, After L&T tookover we started seeing the difference, They started implementing watcher at our machine that would inform if we are idle for sometime, Many oldeees left and they allowed many to go in covid times, now the company is literally fighting to get people from market, In due course they started hiring too many freshers, Harassment is too high on notice period, The notice period is 3 months and even if you are on bench you have to spend all 3 months, Payscale is ok, It has 12% and 16% bonus system depending on your role offered. So it takes good chunk of money
Learning is very good.. Variable pay is paid monthly.. Shift allowance is 150 for morning and second.. 350 for night.. On-call weekend is 1000..500 for weekdays.. You will get 1200 for conducting interviews.. Projects are cool.. Promotion is bit easy process compared to other service based companies
You will have oppourtunity to learn and grow but it will also depend on the project also. Most of the time the works get hectic so you very often dont have a work life balance.
You get to work on new technologies
Work Life Balance. AVerage COmpensation

Mindtree was a fun place to work at. The job was stressful, but my manager was extremely supportive and my colleagues were great mentors as well as wonderful friends. The hardest part of the job was of course the sales and the type of product that was being sold, but the experience was very rewarding and insightful.
