Had to work in very hostile condition.

Salary is good, infact better than any other jobs. But risking your life, not worth it. Salary payment is not regular. Working condition is not good one has to deliver maximum with minimum infrastructure

Pros

Good salary

Cons

Working condition, management not good

Good work life balance

A very helpful and friendly environment. The employees are very cooperative including the seniors. My greatest learning experience here was how to organize my work and still get completed on time.

The RMNCH+A division of the Ministry of Health and Family welfare is a young team and is led ably by the deputy commissioner Maternal Health. This unit is looking after the 184 district which are in the bottom of the health indicators. Life is fun but busy. Field visits are lengthy, exausting but filled with vigor. The most challenging part is bringing about change in districts which are at the bottom of the ladder.
