A job in-security falls at all times while we Work. There was no transparency and no protocol was followed. Lot of obstacles to meet top management. Most of the time we don't know what is happening inside.

just a unpleasant place to work, no job satisfaction, good facilities thou and good salary but nothing to learn. the senior doctors are dream killers and want you to just be a puppet. not a friendly place at all.

how to process a clinical sample in microbiology lab learnt full automation for blood culture body fluids identification of organism and the antimicrobial susceptibility testing learnt how to process internal QC and external QC for clinical microbiology and serology learnt the interpretation and reporting of the clinical specimens occur-ding to international guide lines provided as well sophisticated Equipment constructed lab according to international guidelines provided lab safety in all aspects having rotational duty with co workers always work in them trouble shutting done after consulting with co workers no priority with junior and seiner all are treated well reporting the clinical specimen .
