It's completely like school life..Not increase Salary.Hod told me do this is work but we ask what is that They just do what say...No government leave and no Phone access.

I had joined Miot in 2016 May , after the Deluge at Chennai , wherein Miot had to put up with Patient Deaths , due to the Deluge , The footfalls had dropped significantly , Many of the existing staff including Star Consultants had left Miot & the Market vibes about the place was very negative. It was a great Challenge for me & I had to start from building up a Good Team . I also had to recruit Star Consultants , which I knew was the Key to increasing Footfalls ,Over a period of 3 Years I built up the various specialities , Footfalls Increased , Referrals from Neighborhood started picking up & the Occupancy Looked Healthy. I had to put a lot of efforts to execute what I had in mind as approvals took a very long time. In spite of all the constraints I would look back at my Tenure at MIOT as a very successful one .Only regret is that had I got some more support from the MD , I could have done much better.

Good patient care

Excellent patient services. Treatment is really good. But no job security. Good pay. They also has another out let in Suva, Fiji. Which is also good at patient services.

unprofessional staff and management

It's a nightmare working in moit hospital.. Especially the cardiac thoracic dept over smart and useless dept.. And HR dept fit for nothing ........

not a good environment for mbbs doctor to work. you have stand 24 hours even if u dont have patient. there is no way we can learn new things. too much of mental torture
