The most useful review selected by IndeedI learnt a lot at Miracle Studios. My main job was to oversee an in-house company project called PROCUS, for which I handled Sales and Marketing both.
Hardest part of the job was striking the balance between Sales and Marketing
Most enjoyable part of the job was making videos for the product for Social Media

1) Too much work with very less timing
2) No proper process or flow is followed event you will be forced to work on saturday
3) No documents for projects
4) No proper knowledge transfer
5) Too much politics

Dedicated employees.
Cool bosses.
Some people in the management are used to putting things in the negative spin, which can be avoided (blaming no one in particular, just my observation).
Overall, decent place to work.
