Not Enough Hours
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Remote - March 28, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThey make you feel like they need people to work, and within one month, you're scheduled for one shift a week which ends up a four hours shift because halfway through your seven hours scheduled shift, the supervisor calls to say things are slow and they're overstaffed so log out early.
Pros
Remote work
Cons
Four hours shift a week

easy job but no hours
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Canada - March 30, 2023
this make this job sound so great with the hours you can get and the fact you can pick up extra shifts through trade board however good luck actually being able to grab a shift before its taken within seconds, also you will rely on trade board for shifts as they give you 1-2 shifts per week unless you are a supervisor. the pay is okay for the work and it is extremely easy however you want outbound shifts only because inbound you get 'sent home; after 3 hours because it isn't busy enough, Only a good job if you don't need money for actual bills, student.
Pros
easy
Cons
no shifts

Easy and unstressful job with friendly coworkers
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - February 28, 2023
A good place to work. You can trade shifts online with coworkers and ask for time off if it's ahead of time. If they schedule you on a holiday, you can ask someone to take it or work it (up to you).
Pros
Not difficult to learn
Cons
No benefits

Great place to work
Customer Relationship Agent (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - February 16, 2023
Great place to work, not stressful, management is good, you'll have to work both inbound and outbound but mostly outbound which is not hard. Over all I liked it. sometimes they ask to log off earlier, but for me it wasn't an issue.
Pros
training, relaxed
Cons
having to log off earlier

Fast paced but flexible
Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) - Remote - January 4, 2023
Work is really flexible. You have to provide your availability and they will schedule based on this. Some weeks it can get busy and sometimes you might not be scheduled at all in particular during the Summer.

Nice place to work
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - December 28, 2022
Pretty easy job to do, luckily there was no cold calling on outbound. The management was good, they weren't unreasonable and the pay was alright for the job you have to do.

Very Flexible
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - August 15, 2022
Flexible place to work. Great for students, part-time workers or stay at home parents. No job security though. Pay is okay considering you're working from home but it's not enough to sustain you and your bills.

Avoid
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Work from Home - July 23, 2022
Hours are always cut and they lay people off. The work is easy, but that's literally it. It was basically helping mainly elderly people purchase tickets; calls went smoothly 98% of the time, you do need a lot of patience though.
Pros
easy
Cons
layoffs, unstable income

Decent job
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - 2501 Steeles Ave W - June 19, 2022
The job can be very easy or very stressful depending on the customer. You can also have a good amount of shifts for a couple weeks and then it's dry due to no lottery's being held

Horrible
Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - June 15, 2022
Horrible place period don’t work rude staff , rude management. Everyone is very disrespectful and under payed. They also cut hours. In the job description they tell you 5 days a week 8 hour shifts and really schedule you for 2 days a week sometimes even less , or when you do have an 8 hour shift they’ll cut your shift in half by telling you to log off early. DONT WORK HERE

Great for Students who need flexibility
Customer Relations Agent (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - June 5, 2022
Flexible shifts and an easy to use app for picking up and trading shifts. Can be very busy during some seasons and dry in others. Coworkers can be fun but dont slack off too much or you'll receive an earful. Management is cool in the evening and a lot more strict in the day.
Pros
flexible
Cons
busy, back to back calls

terrible place to work at
Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - June 1, 2022
Terrible experience. Many seasonal layoffs and things are just overall terrible. No room for improvement and management does not care about you. You are just another number

Not enough hours given
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - April 27, 2022
The typical day at work is receiving or calling people who want to buy tickets for the lottery, not given consistent hours not recommended as a full-time job better as a part-time job.

Great entry job
Customer Relationship Agent (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - April 10, 2022
Fine place to working at. He responds quick. I really like how management team helps with schedules. Call volume is alright. Sometimes busy and sometimes not.

It’s ok. It’s good as a side job. Hours defer depending how busy it is. If it’s really slow, your shift will be cut after 3 hours of working
Call Centre Agent (Current Employee) - Home based - April 8, 2022
It’s good side job! Not a steady pay Job as they do cut shifts! It’s pretty straight forward, you read scripts when answering inbound and doing outbound calls.
