Disaster There is no work culture and you will never get paid for your work so it’s my humble request don’t even join this company. I worked there for five months but I haven’t got my salary yet and the owner of this company but they don’t like to pay

Worst experience ever

No work culture. Fraudulent company. You work for More than a year And don't ask for salary, it's fine. Once you ask for salary, the salary date will be postponed for the next month. Again you ask for salary, you will be kicked out with a fake cheque... Or nothing.....

Miric Biotech is actually a fraud company which is having their headquarter in Delhi. First round of interview will take place through telephone and after that we need to got to Delhi for joining. They wont reimburse any single amount for us. After joining they will ask us to find Superstockiest, Distributor and retailers. If we appoint a Super Stockiest we have to take them to Delhi to sign all the documents. After taking Cheque from SS company will not attend our call. So many SS and distributors from various state has been spend so many cash.

Worst company to work. Don't work this company

I have joined during Feb 2019 till May 2019 but I have not received any Salary, Expenses & Allowance till today dated 23 Jan 2020. I have worked in company very honestly and truthful but they have not encouraged me. Their Director, Business Manager, GM, Asst. GM and others are not supporting to any employees. I am every day sending mails and doing phone calls but they have not giving any reply with good way. Their receiptionist are not helping and not giving phone to proper person to whom to I talk about my salary and expenses as per instruction by their seniors and higher authority. I would like to tell to all of you that don't join in this company. There is no future but only sorrow. Please once again I am requesting to all Candidates that please don't join in this company. This is waist of our time and health and money. They are not providing any salary & field expenses and training expenses to their employees.
