Miric Biotech Ltd Pay & Benefits reviews: Assistant Store Manager

Good company for fresher and give better salary to fresher . Great company to work for. The staff and environment is great. I loved my years in MIRIC and only left because of maternity leave. I made friends with team mates and still keep in contact. They have awesome and extensive training, which was great for me.

MIRIC Biotech Limited product is very good, there is a huge demand in my area always paying salary, incentive on time but they disallowed expenses without supporting.

well, I used to work at Miric Biotech and I would like to tell all the guys or girls willing to work there that if you want to work in a company that is not only good but also takes care of its employees is Miric Biotech. The good working environment is provided by the management there and there is no work pressure. Managers and other seniors maintain a healthy relationship with there employees. My overall experience there was good but i had to leave them because i was selected to be a part of a government organisation.

I was working for miric biotech limited for four years as ASM at Cochin, very good company, paid salary, expenses, and incentive always on time but, I took leave because medical reason but I have not informed them, they suspended me later. They dismissed my services for indiscipline.

Excellent managers to work with. A positive and inclusive culture.Modern IT and infrastructure, great training and ramp up. I work with incredibly talented people that I can call friends as well.The environment, people and culture is awesome. There is a lot of opportunities and would recommend anyone working there.
