Worst Experience working with MMC Infotech

Never join this company, they use to collect your original marksheets and never give it during the time of relieving. They treat thier staff worst than a dog! They pressure us so much that a normal person cannot work there more than a week. No weekly off, Govt holidays, Public holidays, Paid Off etc. And when the candidate wants to relieve within six months than they use to collect some of 3000/- Rs or they don't handover your certificates.

Specific to your note on collection of training fee, please note that the Trainee’s Terms and conditions are clearly explained at the time of joining and duly accepted and acknowledged by the Trainees. Starting was good but after few months management started putting more pressure without thinking about employees. Workplace is friendly, can get good experience in outbound process but cannot work there for a long time

this job recommended for only beginners and there is no growth in this company... you get paid low salary if work hard too and no increament,no hike,no growth etc.. existed skills will be get spoiled and working place has small and overall this company not at all worth for the career and income. disappointed with this company
