Poor management and poor working style

Hectic schedule with hectic working day.. Only staff is supportive and United together.. Management is scared because they are busy in hiding their mistake and blaming others

It's a good organisation with good and cooperative team mates. This organisation believe in overall development of child. It is old institute with Very experienced and hardworking faculties. Management do not interfere in classroom studies. Very friendly environment but don't give pay commission. Always motivate teacher to use innovative methodology not only in academics but also in extra curricular activities.

Political environment weak management

Management is not at all good they don't like professional behaviour. Staff is treated worst than maids.Your manager can show extreme unprofessional behaviour (abusive language and even slapping) at time of pressure. Teaching staff is collecting agent forced to collect money for every event.

System good and quite productive

No promotion opportunity provided to employees, they keep on working on the same designation. No one can work beyond the system and every decision is taken by management.

*Saturday and Monday leave is not allowed. *No relaxation to office staff even in summer vacations. *Even in summer vacations office staff is compelled to do his/her duty upto 4.30 pm instead of 4.00pm. *Earn Leave for office staff is allowed only in the m/o June and that should be not more than one week. *Working is very unsystematic. *Teachers can be terminated within in a month without any reason, its depend upon only their Wing Incharge. *Middle Wing Classes 3 to 5th study is very poor. *Sr. Secondary Classes control is very poor. *Hostel girls/boys out of control. *Sr.Teachers/PGT's afraid from students. *Transport facility is very bad.
