Sales and Marketing in the name of Clinical Services

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
This is a corporate business organization headed by management and chartered accountants with little to no background and understanding of mental health and developmental disorders. Therefore, don't expect any clinical relevance to the kind of work assigned or targets to be met. It is a number game. Enrolling clients, selling various services, retaining them and that's how it goes on a loop. The consumer base is children and parents who do not have access to centre services and therefore, this model aims to retain them in the system. Clinicians come and go and there is no respect for any clinician. They pay on time and that's one of the few pros.

Totally unproductive

What is the best part of working at the company? There’s nothing like best ,they didn’t give salaries on time ,on time forget sometimes they don’t give ,pan area service they r not providing but pan India scam they do by tieing up to some local bodies .What is the most stressful part about working at the company? They hire OT therapist and then they leave themselves for local centre owner by which they do tie up and that owner start ruling over the therapist and moreover they don’t decide salaries of employee but local owner does who to give or not .What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very bad experience ,OT should look better options than this What is a typical day like for you at the company? That post corona period when local owner called for rejoining of their hired local therapist and gave salaries to them only
