We found there are some person do the misbehaving in other cast person. And some person is so good and very helpfully. They always support in office & production area. Safety Quality Or manufacturing processes is very good conditions.

Mondelez is a superb company. It's one of those company, where brand acceptance is very high. Cadbury is a brand. Great company to settle down. Salary packages are really high compared to competition.Hardest part was to get rid of fake outlets in the beat.Seniors were very helpful.

Provides equal opportunity. Company policy is non-baised ( some people may ). Recognition of talent is good , yet misses at times. As the company handles premium snacking and not the essential foods - can be more proactive in identifying talents and upgrading them. Still people during my tenure were cooperative and understanding. Some are friends even till date.
