Productive and enjoyable
Lettings Negotiator (Current Employee) - Canary Wharf, Greater London - December 24, 2019
Always busy with clients/viewings/new stock coming in, if you work hard you can receive the benefits. The management has been nothing but helpful and the directors strive to motivate.
Nothing but positives to say about the place, the hours are long but they stress that at the start of the job so you know what you are getting into.

Get out what you put in....and then some!
Sales Negotiator (Current Employee) - Canary Wharf, Greater London - December 24, 2019
Most of the reviews here hit the nail on the head, long hours but rewarding, surrounded by a small family and not other employee's, with help on hand at every corner should you need it.
You will recognise something very different at Morgan Randall from the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere and environment here are created intentionally to stand out and led by the Directors and Managers on the floor themselves!!
It can be quite daunting at first but if you want to put the effort in the rewards speak for themselves and you get to be part of something special that is really just getting started.

Top Company!
Lettings Negotiator (Current Employee) - Shoreditch, Greater London - December 10, 2019
I started working at Morgan Randall over two years ago. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a great company and fantastic people.
The leaders are truly invested in every employee’s growth and success. It is a pleasure to work for people who actually care about your future and invest time to help you be the best you can be.
The most amazing part of being part of this company is everyone is made to feel like family and not as employee’s. Some people think the hours are too long but any amount of success requires dedication and commitment and if you are willing to work hard and exceed your limits the rewards will follow.

Official response from Morgan Randall
April 1, 2019We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We do have a strong work ethic and a very strong sales team so this can be very intimidating for anyone who is not a salesperson. This is why we think it is incredibly important to make sure you do the role that is right for you, and sales is certainly not right for everybody. We certainly don't agree with the "slimy sales men" comment as over 70% of the workforce are women and this is completely inaccurate as is most of the review. We are a transparent and honest organisation and we do our job of letting and selling houses on behalf of our clients well as this is the point and the reason why they employ us. The comment is highly slanderous and if it had substance you would have given examples yet, there are none as it is simply not true. If anyone would really like to know what it's like to work at Morgan Randall then please feel free to get in touch and ask us or alternatively feel free to speak to our awesome team who can tell you what it's like first hand.
Terrible place to work
Sales Negotiator (Former Employee) - Canary Wharf, Greater London - January 11, 2019
I have never seen such a high turn over of staff. Twice a week they hold recruitment evenings as to which 10-30 candidates attend. They will hire up to 1-4 people per week as that is also how many people leave per week.
They also sue you if you dare to leave
Pros
None false sense of security

Official response from Morgan Randall
April 1, 2019This is clearly a false and misleading comment. We hold our recruitment events once a week or every other week. Most companies hold face to face interviews throughout the week however, we prefer to dedicate a specific time when we can see prospective applicants in one go and give them our undivided attention with at least 5/6 senior members of the Morgan Randall team. We only hire when we see a candidate that is the right fit and this is currently running at one candidate in every 100 interviews. We certainly have not hired 1-4 people every week and anyone who actually works for the company would know this. The turnover at Morgan Randall is incredibly low and this is something that we are very proud of. Compared to other companies in this sector we have a fantastic retention rate and there is a great sense of family and a very strong bond between the staff. We are a fast growing company and it is important that we have the right people on board so we take our time to select the right candidates. Not everyone makes it unfortunately as sales is not cut out for everybody. We don't believe in putting someone in a role that does not suit them as they will just not be happy and will end up failing. We want our people to do well and we invest a huge amount of time and effort into them. We can only grow if we have great people within the organisation as we only promote from within as well. So the idea of a high turnover would be counter productive to this strategy. The best way to answer this question is by talking to the hard working and amazing staff we have here rather than -
Terrible Company to work for
Senior Level (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - September 10, 2018
Terrible company with nothing HR. Management bullies its staff. Not a good environment at all. HR and management is ever there. There is no work life balance.

I have been working here for less than a year and so far I have really enjoyed my time here. The staff here are very friendly and hilarious, it really does make the long hours fly by! The resources and training provided here allows you to really develop in your job role and learn so much about this industry. The management here are very supportive in every situation, whether you have a personal issue outside of work or inside, as well as professional issues you may have.
Overall a very welcoming and enjoyable workplace.

Fun work place!
Employee (Current Employee) - London - August 3, 2018
Great place to work for, very fun environment to work for with great people. Brilliant training from the very beginning which was very informative. The hours are quite long, but the people make it go by quickly. Management is very well run and they know what they are doing and talking about. Help is at hand when needed, you learn a lot and you are able to grow.
Work on incentives to always have a goal at the end of the week and month, makes work more fun and challenging.
Pros
Car, iPhone
Cons
Very long hours.

Employee (Current Employee) - Canary Wharf, Greater London - April 13, 2018
Morgan Randall is honestly a positive culture to work in, it's fast paced, forward thinking and really pushes every person to be the best that they can be at their job regardless of what sector of the businesses you are in.
The directors are heavily involved in all areas and are accessible to talk to and gain advice. The earning potential is uncapped and there are fantastic progression steps, training and not to forget incentives.
Honestly it is a competitive (as in any sales role) but also team orientated too.
If you want to get in to Sales or lettings the hours are long however we hare motivated to service our customers so it is important for us to be readily available and flexible to maximize our service and in the long run this will benefit you.
Pros
Car (if applicable for the role), Company run through values, incentives, Phone (if applicable for role), uncapped commission, training, career progression.
Cons
Long hours (like most sales role)

A very dynamic and full-on company
Sales Negotiator (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - March 16, 2017
An environment where you are being pushed to the limits, not for the faint hearted. It is part of the deal when you join, they are making this very clear from the start. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
Pros
All the Sales strategies you will be taught
Cons
Must be ready to work outside of work hours sometimes and on weekends.
