This is a good company to work for depending on what you are looking for in career advancement. The hardest part of my day is the commute. They did give me an opportunity to expand my knowledge.

Good for a upcoming junior in the buyside

If you are aspiring to be a quantitative PM, then this is not a good place. Otherwise, good way to move into the buyside as a junior before going to a hedge fund.

This is a large operation. Do your job well and you will have advancement opportunities. The leadership are mostly folks that were promoted from within.

Cut-throat

Consultant - Data Analyst (Former Employee) - New York, NY - September 28, 2017

Very difficult to move anywhere, no work-life balance unless you are at least executive director. Primarily consulting work and low budgets mean that you will eventually be handed additional job duties. Work twice as hard for half the reward.
