Morgan Stanley can be an amazing place if the mid level management can provide better opportunities to the juniors members of the firmSome teams have top of the class work infrastructure and tech stack with a lot of room to improve while others have outdated tech stacks they are forced tospend time upgrading again and again

Awesome company for work, there are way much politics in most of the teams, not enough hike as per the market standards, false promises, higher management is the whole and sole for your appraisal.

Culture is nice in general but that too depends on management still... Depends on your team where you are landed.. so please be vocal and raise your concern in skip catchup if one step above is not cascading well.
