The company has great work environment and culture. There is a lot of emphasis on work quality but there is also a lot of push from the management for employee growth through career planning programs and networking. Great work life balance. Overall a good company to work with.

Good pay, long working hours

Experience varies from team to team, if you're lucky, might have a wonderful time here or else just stick for the money, gain knowledge and jump. Things majorly depend on your rapport with the reporting manager and divisional head. Company's organizational culture is good but whether we get the benefit of that depend on work profile/ team.

Culture is nice in general but that too depends on management still... Depends on your team where you are landed.. so please be vocal and raise your concern in skip catchup if one step above is not cascading well.
