good company to work with. Competitive pay but at times the work load is high. Cabs available for drop post 8:45PM only, no pick-up. 3 days office currently.

Culture is nice in general but that too depends on management still... Depends on your team where you are landed.. so please be vocal and raise your concern in skip catchup if one step above is not cascading well.

Experience varies from team to team, if you're lucky, might have a wonderful time here or else just stick for the money, gain knowledge and jump. Things majorly depend on your rapport with the reporting manager and divisional head. Company's organizational culture is good but whether we get the benefit of that depend on work profile/ team.
