Good Experience

Process Engineer (Current Employee) - Mumbai - March 16, 2013

Around 8 years of extensive experience in Process Design and Engineering. Working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and utilities.Hands on experience in managing process engineering functions including basic and detailed design & development and co-ordination with other departments.Strong relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with Project Members, Consultants, Contractors with consummate ease.Familiar with various codes and standards used in Oil and Gas Industry like Shell DEPs, API and TEMA etc.Performing heat & material balances, hydraulics, process calculations; prepare specification for all required process equipment, including vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, relief valves and others.Preparing Process flow diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrument Diagrams (PID) Specifications, Data Sheets, Review Cause & Effect Diagrams, etc.Updated documents and reports such as Design Basis, HAZOP Close out report, OCSP (Operating Control & Safeguarding Philosophy), Tie-in shut down philosophy report etc.Simulation software’s used: Hysys, Pipesim, and Internal Spreadsheet.
